Henderson Harbor was given the name "Golden Cresent" for a reason. Walleye is known for its white flakey meat, mild and tasty flavor. Definetely one of the best eating fresh water fish anywhere. This area is home to the more trophy Walleyes over 10 pounds than anywhere in the United States. These Walleyes average 7-8 pounds which is extremely large for a walleye anywhere. Some of these walleyes can top over 13+ pounds. We troll for these with planer boards with up to ten lines out at once covering a wide area. Truly a trophy fishery, and one you don't want to miss out on.
